This hotel's location is great for exploring everything the Scottsdale area has to offer. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast provided a nice start to the day. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, with an amazing landscape. The leisure facilities were also excellent and perfect for those wanting to relax by the pool.

The service at the breakfast could be improved.

Wonderful holiday vibes and cheerful staff. The property had impressive fountains which provided a scenic view and the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service were delightful additions.

The resort was noisy, with thin walls resulting in sleepless nights. Additionally, the rooms were uncomfortable, with outdated furniture and a strong foul odor. The lack of basic amenities like a refrigerator in the room was inconvenient too. my Christmas stay at this property was disappointing.

Our romantic escape was amazing! The service was excellent and we enjoyed the great amenities offered, such as the cozy sitting areas and peaceful pool. We also appreciated the nightly live music and the tasty complimentary breakfast.

We did have some issues with the restaurant. The food was overpriced and some dishes were not up to par. Additionally, the limited menu left us with few options.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and proactive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were also fantastic, with clean rooms and great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was both delicious and filling. In addition, the location was perfect for getting to nearby restaurants in the Scottsdale area.

The breakfast and entertainment were great during our stay. Our server, Joi, was also fantastic. Additionally, the location was convenient and easily accessible.

Our room was double-booked and we were moved to a different room that was not an upgrade, despite what we were told. The dinner we had was not good, especially considering the price.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, were exceptional. The garden area was like a fairyland, filled with blooming flowers and foliage. The outdoor swimming pool was comfortable, with beach umbrellas and a heated swimming pool. The staff was impeccable, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room advantages were astounding, with a private Jacuzzi and sauna. This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, even providing in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area was cozy and the entertainment was first class. It was a perfect location for a getaway with my loved one.

The only minor issue was that the steam room was out of service while we were there, but that was hardly a big deal as there were so many other amenities available.

The only negative aspect I encountered was a minor issue with a shower that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. However, this was a minimal inconvenience compared to the exceptional overall experience this hotel provided.

But overall, the hotel's beautiful garden area, entertainment options, and location were outstanding. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience. The exceptional service, exclusive amenities, and attention to detail impressed me, making my stay unforgettable.

Nice place for romantic stay, felt like home. Camelback East district is worth looking into.

The staff was outstanding and the villa we stayed in was wonderful!

Lovely historic hotel with a lot of character. Staff was helpful and valets were sweethearts. Will go back for cocktails...which coupled with the atmosphere were excellent

We went into The Cooks...their onsite restaurant and the hostess was a real jerk. Not sure if she was irritated or what but we ended up cancelling dinner reservations after my husband and I spoke about it after. Too bad because Sunday brunch was superb
