The room was spotless and the bathroom was a nice size with a shower, hair dryers, and slippers. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The resort had amazing facilities including a great pool. The location in the Phoenix area was fantastic and favorable.

A beautiful, atmospheric resort ideal for couples. Good food, if a bit expensive. Very good service and rooms. Lovely welcome champagne offered. The property is a real gem, beautifully landscaped. The resort felt very intimate. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, there is beautiful architecture and decorations, and tons of little intimate alcoves with seating.all of this made it feel very romantic, beautiful, and intimate. Perfect for our honeymoon. The room was very comfortable. There is much to see and enjoy just walking around the property. Restaurant was terrific - we ate there for breakfast. We also ate by the pool, and it was great. Bed was very comfortable, and room felt private. Bellmen were very nice and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The staff was very polite and professional, especially Anna. The room was very clean comfortable and unique, we were offered an upgrade which was especially nice, and the complimentary champagne upon arrival was an excellent touch.

Lovely historic hotel with a lot of character. Staff was helpful and valets were sweethearts. Will go back for cocktails...which coupled with the atmosphere were excellent

We went into The Cooks...their onsite restaurant and the hostess was a real jerk. Not sure if she was irritated or what but we ended up cancelling dinner reservations after my husband and I spoke about it after. Too bad because Sunday brunch was superb

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful desert resort. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants. As a family new to the area, we were blown away by the stunning grounds and villas. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the courtyard. The breakfast at T Cooks was absolutely delicious.

The website did not accurately represent the view from our room, but it was quickly resolved and did not detract from our overall experience.
